I think its so important (& extremely fun) to decorate for every.single.holiday. Growing up the only thing we decorated for was Christmas. Totally normally. But, after I had Jasper, holidays brought on a whole new meaning. We only have a few a year, so why not make them a big deal. Its fun for you & your children, and its a memory maker. I want him to learn the real meanings behind (most) holidays, but I also want him to remember the fun times they bring. Like making Rice Krispie Treat Pops, and getting in a chocolate fight with Daddy. Or decorating Easter Eggs, and going to meet Santa Clause.
What do you think? Do you decorate for "small" holidays? What are your traditions?
